The Arper Group Client Portal is where our clients follow their home sale or purchase: dates, documents, weekly reports, and their team. This page explains what information the portal keeps, why, who can see it, and how to ask us to change or remove it.
Who we are
The Arper Group is a real estate team operating under Alliance Real Estate Group, 4900 N 10th St, Ste B4, McAllen, TX 78504. We run this portal for our own clients and team. We do not sell it to anyone, and we do not sell your information.
What we keep
- Your name, email, phone number and preferred language, so we can invite you, sign you in and reach you.
- The details of your transaction or listing: the address, price and terms, key dates and deadlines, and the people involved (for example your lender or title company).
- Documents we add to your transaction, such as the contract, addenda and disclosures, and the text read from them so questions about them can be answered.
- Listing activity your agent records, such as showings, feedback and offers, and the weekly reports we write from it.
- When your invitation was emailed, whether the email arrived, and when its link was used, so your agent knows the invitation reached you. The link in it works for 72 hours.
- When you first sign in and when you first open a weekly report, so your agent knows the report reached you.
- For the assistant: a count of the questions asked each day and their size, so we can keep a daily limit. Your questions and the answers are not saved.
- If you add your dates to a calendar app, a private link for that calendar.
- If you sign in at one of our open houses: your name, the phone number and email you gave, your answers to the sign-in questions, and the day, kept with that home. You do not need a portal login for this, and you never get one from signing in.
How we use it
- To show you and your team where your transaction stands.
- To send emails you would expect from us: your invitation and sign-in link, reminders about your deadlines, and notice of a new weekly report.
- To answer questions about your dates and documents with the assistant.
- To keep our own records of the transaction, as a Texas real estate team is required to.
- After an open house you signed in at: to send you that home’s details, and to follow up with you by call, text or email, as you agreed to on the sign-in page. A person on our team writes to you; nothing is texted automatically. The owner of the home is told only how many people signed in.
We do not use your information for advertising, and the portal has no advertising or tracking.
Who can see it
You see only your own transactions and listings, and only the documents and contacts your agent chooses to share with you. Our team sees the transactions they work on; the team lead sees all of them. These limits are enforced by the database itself, not only by the pages.
We share information with the other people in your transaction (for example the other agent, your lender or the title company) only as the transaction requires, the same as we would without the portal.
Services that handle it for us
The portal relies on a few companies to run. Each handles information only to provide its service to us:
- Supabase stores the portal's database and files, and handles sign-in.
- Vercel hosts the portal's pages.
- Anthropic (Claude) reads documents and drafts answers and reports. We use Anthropic's business service, under terms that do not allow it to train its models on what we send.
- Resend sends the portal's emails, and receives showing confirmations from ShowingTime on our behalf.
- If you add your dates to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, that app reads your private calendar link, under its own privacy terms.
- Open house sign-ins come in through our website and are also kept in our own contact list (Google Sheets) and our customer system (Brivity), unless you told us you already work with an agent.
About the assistant
The assistant answers factual questions from your transaction's dates and shared documents. It can make mistakes, and it does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Please confirm anything important with your agent.
Cookies
The portal uses only the cookies it needs: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers your language. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
How we protect it
Connections to the portal are encrypted. Documents are kept in private storage that only signed-in people with access to that transaction can open. Each person sees only what their role allows.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction records and documents for four years after the transaction closes or ends, as Texas real estate rules require, and longer only when there is a reason to (for example, a past client who asks us to). When you ask, we remove what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. You can remove a calendar link from your calendar app at any time. To ask, contact us below; a person on our team handles every request.
Changes to this policy
If the portal starts keeping or using information in a new way, we will update this page and its date before it does.
